1. Can we use the amenities and facilities as walk-in guests? 

Walk-in guests can explore the farm grounds and the gardens. Due to a privacy clause with our guests, the other features and amenities - pools, spa, event hall, conference room, gym - are exclusive to checked-in guest.

2. For guests, are there additional fees for using the amenities and features? 

The use of the pools, bonfire area, outdoor showers, common kitchen, is free for checked-in guests. However, usage of the events hall, conference room, and services provided by the spa are charged to clients.

3. Can we pay by credit or debit cards, GCash and other e-wallets? 

Yes, we accept debit/credit cards, GCash, and Bank transfers.

4. Are visitors of guests allowed to use the amenities and features? 

Visitors of guests are considered walk-in clients, and subject to the conditions previously stated. 

5. Can we walk our pets around the property?

For everyone’s safety, guests are allowed to bring their pets outdoors as long as they are on a leash. As a courtesy to other guests and visitors, pet owners have the responsibility of cleaning up after their pets and disposing of wastes in designated trash bins. 

6. Are pets allowed to sleep in the cottages? 

Pets are allowed to sleep in the cottages but are required to wear diapers for hygiene purposes. 

7. What kind of pets are allowed inside the property? 

Small and medium-sized dogs and cats are allowed inside the farm. As a precaution, we require proof of vaccinations together with a photo of your pet to be submitted upon booking.
